Ultra Wideband is a technology development for military radar system. Ultra Wideband (UWB) is a short distance wireless technology that can operate with a speed of 480 megabit per second as far as 9 m with low level of power consumption, to send millions of radio waves at various frequencies, which then regulated by means of UWB receiver. Ultra Wideband (UWB) operates on low frequency that is not used by other technology as an alternative replacement for cable, which is currently used in many instruments, electronic household and office.

About speed, UWB 100 times faster than Bluetooth. In addition, this technology is also predicted to replace the WiFi. Industry Committee will be formed to oversee and manage the UWB specifications. If possible, later UWB technology can replace Wi-Fi. And it is not possible if in the future production of mobile phone will also feature facilities include UWB, so that users can freely exchange any music and video files from computer without having to make physic adapter.
