How to Avoid and Fix Conflict System Files

Everyone likes trying different things their computers. In general, most of them like to do some experiments to the existing system such as installing new applications, modifying theme for new look, and moving some files. While the advanced ones like in registry editing, system files modifying, and system patching as they believe these actions can speed their computer up and simplify the system run process (system hacking).
As the result of these activities, some users get what they want, a computer with cool themes, new applications, and faster performance. But the others make it worse and the computer gradually become slowing down and some errors appear as particular system conflict, corrupt, or deleted. For example, when users install a program, it is possible that a system file included conflict with another one in computer system (Windows usually put essential system files in WINDOWS and system32 directories). As the indication of the errors, system will show a message box to inform users whether the files conflict, corrupt, or missing such as File Extension DLL and ActiveX Control.
